The holiday home provides a terrace. The house is modern, immaculately clean and the location is fantastic. A wide range of facilities are available in the house, everything we needed and more for a week away. There are designated parking spaces and the house is located in a quiet and safe part of Perranporth. Communication with the hosts is great, very attentive and they answered any questions I had before and during our stay. If travelling to Perranporth in a group again, this will be the first place I look to book.

The property is excellently laid out, very spacious and clean. It is situated in a great location which is an ideal base for exploring and also close to beaches and shops via car. A lot of time and effort and thought has gone into the studio, even the patio decking and garden is fantastic and a great place to have your breakfast or evening meal. It is very well decorated and has a very comfortable bed, this place is highly recommended and we will definitely be returning. The hosts Mark and Angie are great, very friendly and helpful and alway willing to go that one step further to help.

For a weekend trip, the red fox barn made an amazing stay. the breakfast was amazing and there was a variety of food to pick from. The room was lovely and very clean. The bed was very comfortable as well! I would recommend to friends and family.

They were very good on dealing with Covid-19, every were was clean and the owners made sure we had a good service and made us feel relaxed. As always very clean room, comfortable beds and soft towels. Great choices of breakfast.
